Fall Means We're On the Road Again!!

It is BEAUTIFUL in the Heavenly World! The leaves are golden yellow with accents of reds and browns (and some green) that are breathtaking. The Strayhorn clan is temporarily ensconced in the Wishing Well while we do some renovations to Pinecrest. I have been dutifully waking up during the night to stoke the woodstove so the dash to the shower is not so tough each morning. It is like "Little House in the Mountains."
Besides summer, fall is a favorite season as we get to go out and see Illahee girls on the road! Kris is in Washington DC after showings in Greensboro and Raleigh. She will head to Richmond and then back down to Charlotte. Despite the uncertainty in the world's financial markets and all of the choices to be made in the upcoming elections, one thing is certain...Camp Illahee is the place to be in 2009!
Early reviews from the brand new Summer 2008 DVD is that it is "the bomb," so make the effort to stop by one of our stops on the Illahee fall tour. Keep checking back. We can't wait for the BEST SUMMER EVER!
