Registration Policies

All 2008 applications will be mailed first class on Monday, August 13, 2007 to:

1. 2007 campers
2. 2007 Waiting list
3. 2007 Cancellations
4. Prospects who have contacted camp in the last 18 months.

After this date, we encourage you to download a 2008 application or email camp to request an application be sent to you by mail.

PLEASE NOTE

1. 2007 returning campers are guaranteed a spot in the same session if the camper still meets any age requirements and if we receive the application by September 15. Returning campers who wish to change sessions will receive first priority and will be enrolled on a first come - first served basis as space allows.
2. Applications from the waiting list, cancellations, siblings of current campers, daughters of alums, or former campers received before September 15, will have second priority and will be enrolled as space allows.
3. New, first time applications received before September 15 will be held in a separate file in the order received. New applicants will be enrolled after 2007 campers and second priority (waiting list, cancellations, daughters of alums, siblings of current campers, and former campers) have been accepted as space allows.
4. Applications may be sent overnight via Federal Express, UPS, or other courier to Camp Illahee, 500 Illahee Road, Brevard, NC 28712. Applications cannot be accepted via fax, e-mail, or telephone. Applications should be returned as soon as possible. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15.
5. All applications received after September 15 will be enrolled, as space allows, in the order in which they are received.
6. Please note: registration is not complete without both application and the $750.00 deposit. Letting us know that your camper will be returning by survey or phone is not enough! The deposit is held with the application until a space is offered. After enrollment, the deposit lesst a $100 application fee is refundable until February 1, 2008. Please fill out all areas of the application. Also, please remember to inform camp if you should move or change your telephone number.
