Ship's Store Pre-Order

If you have previously filled out a Pre-Order and would like to add to that order, please DO NOT fill out another order. Email us and we will be happy to add an item to your order.

The Ship's Store is open several days per week to campers in all but the Junior Session and includes Illahee logo items in addition to personal items, stationery, snacks, etc. All campers will be invoiced for a required deposit based on the session they are attending, plus any pre-ordered items. Please complete the form that follows, making sure that you click on the submit button when you are finished.We will email you a total due which will include 6.75% sales tax with a link to pay online. You can also send a separate check for each camper's order if you would rather not pay online. Any funds left in your camper's Ship's Store account (over $5.00) after the session is completed will be refunded by mail the week after camp.

How Much Can Your Camper Charge in the Ship's Store?

Each camper will be billed the following amount as a deposit to her Ship's Store account:

Three-Week Session: $100.00 Four-Week Session: $100.00 Mini 1, Mini 2 and Two-Week Sessions: $100.00 There is no deposit required for the Junior Session.

In addition to this deposit and any pre-order, you may authorize your camper to charge an additional maximum amount that you indicate below in the Ship's Store this summer. By including this amount, you agree to be responsible for settling her account for any charges after camp. If your camper exceeds this amount, we will not allow her to visit the Ship's Store for subsequent purchases. (Please note that any prescriptions or doctor's bills may exceed this amount).

Shipping Luggage Home After Camp

One of the BEST camp-related decisions you can make is to let us handle shipping your camper's trunk home on closing day! We will box her trunk and/or duffle and ship it to you the same day she leaves camp by FedEx Ground. You will be billed $75.00 for a trunk or $50.00 for a duffle as a deposit. Actual charges will be itemized after the luggage is shipped and likely will be less than your deposit.
