Sessions & Rates

Traditionally, Camp Illahee sessions fill very quickly. Once a session is full, we do maintain a waiting list and notify parents as soon as an opening occurs.

*Applicants are accepted for a full session only. Applications require a total of $1000.00 when submitted ($800 deposit and $200 non-refundable processing fee). The second payment of half the balance is due February 1, 2024 and the remaining balance is due on or before April 1, 2024. If a cancellation is necessary, the deposit of $800 is refundable if written notice is received prior to February 1, 2024. The deposit is non-refundable after February 1, 2024. There is no refund made for cancellations after April 15, 2024. Payments are not processed unless we can offer enrollment.

Current campers have until September 4th to re-enroll in their same session.  Returning campers who are changing sessions will be enrolled, as space allows, after the September 4th deadline.   Siblings and camper’s who have been on the previous year’s waiting list have priority after returning campers.

Balancing camper age groups and geographic representation within sessions are considered along with the date the original application was submitted.  Contact us with questions about the enrollment process.

Because camp tuition is non-refundable for any withdrawals made after April 15, 2024, you may want to consider Travmark’s Activity Coverage which may offer some protection in the event of a withdrawal after the refund deadline. Travmark is a 3rd party provider offering coverage through their partnership with Battleface. Per their policy, coverage must be purchased before your final tuition payment is made to camp. It is important to read the “fine print” if you elect to sign up for the plan to understand any limitations and how to document in the event of a claim. Questions can be answered by contacting the program administrator at 855-434-9387 and referencing the Travmark Activity Coverage plan.

When comparing prices between summer camps, it’s important to research the additional costs that some camps charge for special activities (equestrian programs, etc.) in addition to the actual number of days in a session. At Camp Illahee there are no extra charges for activities, laundry or transportation.
